Services and Liability

Please refer to the specification of our services for a description of the assured services. We would like to explicitly state that the individual cure treatments which can be considered appropriate for you, will be prescribed exclusively by the attending Ayurveda Doctor according to your doshas and the current state of your health. It is not possible to make a reclaim for any treatments, which the doctor considers inadvisable for you. Our cure programme serves as preventative health care and is not a substitute for a hospital stay to treat an acute ailment. We do not treat any contagious diseases! With your booking you warrant that you are not suffering from a contagious disease! Please note that an Ayurveda cure will not be conducted during pregnancy. There is no liability- or warranty claim, except for cases of willful intent or gross negligence. The doctor’s instructions must be followed. We do not grant refunds for services that are not utilised. In the case of a justified organisational need on the part of the hotel, the guest agrees to change the room originally occupied once during the stay.

Sri Lanka has its own distinct approximately 4000 year-old Ayurveda tradition with regards to treatments and medicine production, which is not completely congruent with the ayurvedic treatments in Europe or India. We are unable to assume liability for any annoyance caused by characteristic local or country-specific noises or odours.
